ProCor is committed to protecting the privacy of its website visitors and the members of its electronic mailing list and discussion forum.

Personal identifiable information: Visitors may have general access to the ProCor website without providing any personal identifiable information or being required to register. "Personal identifiable information" refers to data that identifies the visitor including: name, address, zip/postal codes, telephone number, email address, and organization name.

ProCor only collects personal identifiable information when it is voluntarily and knowingly submitted to the website by a visitor, such as when subscribing to the Global Dialogue, ProCor’s electronic mailing list and discussion forum.  ProCor does not share this information with any other entitites.  ProCor does not collect any personal health or medical information.

Subscribing is not necessary to view archives of the Global Dialogue on the website or any other website content; however, a subscription to the Global Dialogue is required in order to participate in discussion with other members of ProCor's network.

Data collection: Personal identifiable information (name and email address) submitted to participate in the Global Dialogue is stored in a database. This information is not shared with any third party.

ProCor does not collect or store IP addresses or cookies.

Online donations to ProCor are made via Network for Good, a secure donor-advised website. Neither ProCor nor the Lown Cardiovascular Research Foundation may be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to online donation data being compromised.

Policy changes: These policies may be changed at any time, in which case the revised Privacy Policy will apply to information collected after the date the revised Privacy Policy is posted. Any material changes to ProCor's Privacy Policy will be posted at least 30 days prior to the changes taking effect.

ProCor administers this website in full accordance with legal requirements ensuring medical and personal information privacy.
