RE: PROCOR: World's first-ever anti-smoking treaty

Dear Judith,

Thank you very much. I'll be waiting for that "next steps".
At the present moment I'm working on reviewing the FCTC's
Spanish translation with the Venezuelan delegates, we have
to send our suggestion by March 21.

I think Judith that it would be a good idea if we put together
a policy advisory group for the adoption and implementation of
the FCTC. It would be like developing a Strategic scenario
planning in which would could anticipate and asses FCTC impact,
obstacles, and lines of action.
